You have a concern with regards to not being able to acce** yo** account due to the ve**fication code that is needed. With that, we checked and did some t**ubleshooting steps to f**ther try to resolve the i**ue. We have also consulted yo** case to o** higher tier of support.
As per o** higher tier, yo** i**ue is already a known i**ue and they are already working on it to have it fixed. But for the meantime, we may just need to wait for their updates and for the result of their investigation regarding this i**ue. No wor**es, I will let you know as soon as po**ible once there is an update f**m them.
